Operational Efficiency Upgrade – Blowdown System at Well 16 Șimonești

BAT Mediaș successfully completed the blowdown installation on the feed pipeline of Well 16 Șimonești, part of Group 13 within the Șimonești gas production structure.
The project addressed the need to manage high volumes of brine carried by Well 16 (approx. 8,000 liters/day), the most productive well in the group (approx. 17,000 Nmc/day).
🔧 Scope of Work:
- Installation of a DN100 PN40 horizontal separator filter
- Mounting of a 30 m³ above-ground steel tank for residual water collection
- Modification of connection pipelines and grounding system integration
- Full site fencing and adaptation for safe and frequent blowdown operations
